Wrenbridge acquired this self-contained office complex of three interlinked buildings totalling 45,000 sq ft with funding from PCDF II & The Palmer GVA Fund. At the time of the acquisition the property was fully let to Mysis Plc on a lease with approximately 3 years remaining. Wrenbridge simultaneously surrendered the lease and pre-let the front building of 27,000 sq ft to Plan UK International on a new 15 year lease.
At the point of purchase the entire complex was let to Misys Plc with approximately three years remaining. Wrenbridge simultaneously surrendered the Misys lease and entered into a pre-let with Plan UK.
