Palmer Capital Development Fund II & The Palmer GVA Fund
Wrenbridge acquired this self-contained office complex of three interlinked buildings totalling 45,000 sq ft with funding from PCDF II & The Palmer GVA Fund. At the time of the acquisition the property was fully let to Mysis Plc on a lease with approximately 3 years remaining. Wrenbridge simultaneously surrendered the lease and pre-let the front building of 27,000 sq ft to Plan UK International on a new 15 year lease.
Wrenbridge sold the building in Summer 2017 for £22m
